Jayeebhava Movie Review
Jayeebhava

Cast:Kalyanram, Hansika Motwani
Direction:Naren Kondati
Producer:
Kalyan Ram

What it’s all about?
Jayeebhava is a simple story about a loving parents, responsible children and friendship. Kalyan Ram is the hero as well as the producer of the film.

The Plot:
The plot is pretty simple and has been used in a number of films before. Two friends Mukesh Rushi and Jayaprakash Reddy part ways due to the dirty tricks played by Ashsih Vidyarthi. The three of them then go their own ways. Mukesh and Jayaprakash run their businesses in the city while Ashish Vidyarthi runs a big cricket betting racket in Hong Kong.

Mukesh wants to keep his son Ram (Kalyan Ram) away from the gang rivalry and hence he sends him away abroad for studies. Ram however comes back and starts attacking Jayaprakash Reddy. Mukesh send his son away once again. This time Ram goes to Hong Kong and takes revenge on Ahish Vidyarthi. He falls in love with Anjali (Hansika Motwani) while in Hong Kong. Anjali is none other than the daughter of Jayaprakash Reddy.

Ram and Anjali now decide to bring their two families together and for this they hatch a plan whereby Anjali enters Ram’s house and Ram enters Anjali’s house. How they go about achieving their mission forms the basis for the remaining part of the story.

The Actors:
Kalyan Ram comes up with a much matured performance. He also dances quite well and in one song reminds us of the steps of Jr. NTR Kalyan Ram however does not bring about the intensity require for the role in his facial expressions.

Hansika Motwani fits the bill of the glamour girl to perfection. She looks hot in her trendy and revealing costumes. Hansika complements Kalayan Ram well and they both manage to come up with a decent performance.

Jayaprakash Reddy looks a bit odd with a strange looking moustache but he comes up with a decent performance. Mukesh Rushi plays a soft role as that of the caring father of the hero and does a neat job.

Comedy by Ali and Brahmanandam is okay. The others like Raghu Babu, Prema, Sudha, Venu Madhav etc. add their bit to the film. Music is average despite a couple of hot beat songs.

The Bottom Line:
Jayeebhava does not offer anything new by way of story but the director manages to weave an interesting fare. He does it with a liberal does of comedy and father sentiment.

Jayeebhava is a neat little film without any vulgarity and hence can be watched by the entire family.
